How much are the Glasgow 2026 products?
We have a range of products to suit everyone, with more lines being released over the coming months as we get closer to Games time. Prices start from just £4 for shoe charms with a mid-range price of £20 for t-shirts and £40 for hoodies. There will also be a range of premium apparel available
Are there products available from Scottish suppliers?
Our products are sourced from around the world, but we are proud to be working with some suppliers from Scotland. For example, we have worked closely with award-winning, Scottish designer Siobhan Mackenzie to design our Glasgow 2026 tartan. The tartan has been woven on the Isle of Bute by Scottish Highland wear manufacturer, The House of Edgar.
Are your products sustainable?
Sustainability is really important to us. Where possible, we will use environmentally friendly and recycled options for products and we commit our suppliers to produce
products in the greenest way possible.
For example, our Mascot plush toy contains recycled and environmentally friendly stuffing produced by extruding yarn from recycled plastic bottles.
We’re also committed to reducing the use of single use plastics and packaging, and strive for all packaging to be made from biodegradable or recyclable material.
Orders and Delivery
How much will I pay for delivery?
We offer free delivery for any order over £75. All other orders will have a standard charge of £4.50 for UK delivery. All items are sent to you via Royal Mail Tracked service to ensure your products arrive safely.
How much do I pay for international delivery?
We are happy to send products internationally and costs are weight-based and calculated on check-out. All items will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. There is a maximum parcel size of 2kg
What method of payment can I use
We offer a variety of payment options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, and Shop Pay.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For UK orders, we aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days.
How do I track my order?
We use Royal Mail Tracked to ensure your products arrive safely. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number via your chosen method of communication
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
You'll be able to track your delivery using the link in your shipping confirmation. If your delivery status says your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or in your safe space in case it has been delivered there.

Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your purchase before it has been dispatched, you may do so within 14 days of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, it must be returned to us unopened and in full, reaching our warehouse within 14 days of your cancellation. A full refund will then be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).

Can I change my order?
If you would like to make a change to your order please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible at glasgow2026@promotionalwarehouse.co.uk. Once
your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. However, you will still be able to exchange items after you have received them.
I’m having problems with my payment?
If you are having trouble completing your order, please call 0333 323 8979 between 9.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and one of the team will be happy to help

Returns and Exchanges
How do I return my product if I don’t want it?
If you wish to return or exchange a product please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order by reaching out to our customer service team on 0333 323 8979 or email us at
glasgow2026@promotionalwarehouse.co.uk clearly stating if you require a refund or exchange. You should then return your product within 14 days. On receipt of your
returned product(s) we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

Do you offer exchanges?
You're welcome to exchange any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
You will be responsible for arranging shipping back to the Glasgow 2026 Store.

What do I do if my product is faulty?
If you are returning a product because it is faulty or damaged, please return the product within 30 days. We will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail.
