Glasgow 2026 Cityscape Hoodie

Very nice, good quality. I bought for a present for my sister.

I ordered this black hoodie when it was in stock, along with 2 others of different designs, on 11.8.26. Only 1 hoodie was eventually sent by which time both of the other hoodies in my size were out of stock. I sent an email to find out what was happening, and received a phone call on 21.8.26 to ask if I would accept this hoodie in white. I said yes and was promised it would be sent the very next day. It still hasn't been posted. As with the other reviewer no one will respond to my emails to tell me what is happening. I would prefer to get this hoodie in white rather than be issued a refund but I haven't been offered that choice. I did get a refund for the 3rd hoodie that was out of stock .The stock control system clearly doesnt work because you place an online order when the goods are supposed to be in stock but the company has already sold them to someone else. This has happened three times to me so far. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

Quality and good value

After attending the swimming with my daughter on the 24.07.26 and being turned away from the merchandise stall on our exit, I ordered from this website. Still no order, even after reaching out twice to no avail! The price has also halved since I purchased! I have a very disheartened 9 year old. Can you please reply to my email and let me know what's going on?
