Item ordered on 8th August, has not been delivered to me. It was delivered to someone in England (I live in Scotland) and despite emails (which have never been acknowledged) and a reply on another review that it was being re-sent, the item has still not arrived over a week later. Very unhappy as paid for something that I have not received despite trying to escalate
