Product Details
Basketball players replace the famous traffic cone atop Glasgow's Duke of Wellington statue, a playful nod to one of the city's best-loved traditions. The design plays on the everyday ritual of "re-coning" the statue to capture the resilience and humour of Glaswegians, reimagining a basketball dunk as the act of putting the cone back in place.

I love the artwork and the clear figures of the athletes combined with the iconic image of Wellington’s statue with the little bit of humour of the traffic cone was inspired. It leaves you in no doubt that the poster is advertising a sports event at the same time as showcasing Glasgow. It sends out a great message.
